Brand is what people know. Image is what people see. But perception is how people feel. We’re Perception People!
To us, it’s just okay for somebody to know the name of your brand. But information moves quickly. In this society, people don’t even remember their spouse’s phone number. Is knowing the brand name enough?
We don’t think so and that’s why we focus on perception. From the beginning, there is a concerted effort to determine multiple ways for consumers to interact and connect to a brand. Using multiple learning styles, consumers learn about the product. Through creative presentation and interaction, they are able to experience the product and ultimately form an emotional connection. They form a perception.
Though it takes longer to create brand perception, it takes a lot longer for consumers to change their perception once it’s formed. A positive perception builds loyalty.
